The castle restaurant EFI Hostinec Konírna specialises in honest Czech cuisine prepared with local ingredients and respect for the seasons.
We serve breakfast to our guests as a buffet in the Konírna restaurant or offer an individual à la carte selection daily from 7:30 to 10:00. The selection includes fresh bread and pastries (dark, white and sweet), butter, jam, fruit and vegetables, yoghurt, cheese, ham, cereals, nuts and dried fruit, free-range eggs, as well as coffee, tea, water and juices.
Breakfast costs CZK 260 per person. You can book breakfast together with your accommodation or add it later at the bar of EFI Hostinec Konírna.
Breakfast must be reserved by telephone no later than 16:00 on the previous day. During the summer holidays, breakfast is available every day. Outside the main season it may not be served daily, so we recommend checking availability and booking well in advance.
Every day you can look forward to delicious Czech classics prepared according to our grandmothers’ traditional recipes, as well as dishes such as a potato dumpling filled with pulled duck, served with red cabbage and plum jam, duck demi-glace and sea buckthorn; a wild boar schnitzel in panko breadcrumbs with mashed potatoes and homemade apricot compote; or snacks to accompany your beer, including duck pâté and a traditional pork crackling spread.

We follow traditional recipes while always placing an emphasis on seasonal ingredients and flavours that are perfect both after a walk through the castle grounds and for a quick working lunch.

Enjoy your summer weekends in the unique atmosphere of Chateau Račice! At EFI Hostinec Konírna, we prepare fragrant barbecues featuring juicy meats, seasonal specialities and other delicious treats, best enjoyed with a chilled beer from our own EFI Brewery.

At the newly opened EFI Hostinec Konírna in the castle forecourt, you can enjoy both indoor and outdoor seating and choose refreshments from our bar menu. We serve craft beer from our own EFI Brewery, our house-made draught EFI Beaer Lemonades, a special castle wine collection, soft drinks, coffee, ice cream and light snacks. You can also purchase our beer and lemonades to take away in glass or PET bottles.
Try our EFI Dvanáctka – the flagship of EFI pubs and a multiple silver medallist at international competitions (2022, 2024 and 2026). It is available at EFI pubs in Brno and at Chateau Račice.
From the repeatedly awarded EFI Dvanáctka (2022, 2024 and 2026), through this year’s successful EFI Desítka and bronze-winning EFI Irish Stout, to the silver-winning EFI NEIPA – EFI Brewery brought home three medals from Litoměřice in 2026, confirming its strong position among Czech craft breweries.
In the newly renovated castle forecourt, we have created the multifunctional Konírna Hall, which is an ideal venue for weddings, company parties and training sessions. The hall is directly connected to EFI Hostinec Konírna, and guests can also use the adjoining terrace with seating or an outdoor marquee accommodating up to 50 people.
The hall offers full facilities and equipment, including a multimedia TV screen with a 2.5-metre diagonal.
For your corporate event, training session or wedding, we will also be happy to arrange catering prepared by the professional team of chefs from our EFI SPA Hotel**** Superior & Brewery in Brno.
